Mini University, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer looking for Early Childhood professionals with a strong work ethic who want to be part of a dynamic, hard-working TEAM. We believe the most important aspect of our programs is the quality of each member of our team. We have a variety of positions and offer competitive wages based on education and experience for enthusiastic, dedicated people. Apply today and get ready to make a difference in the lives of young children!

Step 1
The first step in our process is the completion of our Pre-Employment Application: Part I. Select the location where you would prefer to work from the list below. If you are interested in employment at more than one center, choose the middle option under ALL OTHER POSITIONS - "Child Care Provider at any center." This step is very brief and allows you to tell us what type position you are looking for, hours you are available to work, your educational background and pay requirements.

Step 2
If you meet state licensing requirements, you will be asked to complete an on-line pre-employment assessment. This step takes approximately 45 minutes. Screen-by-screen instructions will guide you through this process, and it is important you read carefully before proceeding to the next screen.

You will be asked to create a password when you begin the assessment. Please write your password down. This is the only way to resume testing if you are interrupted for any reason, or if lose connection. This is a personal password and we will not have access to it. You will not be able to re-enter the assessment without it. You can then log back on using the “continue assessment” button.

Step 3
After we review the information you provide in steps 1 and 2, if you meet our qualifications and requirements you will be prompted to continue. Complete Part II of our Pre-Employment application, providing us information about your experience, references and professional activities. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail to discuss the next step. Thank you for your interest in Mini University.
