Ninety percent of the people on our team work in classrooms in some capacity teaching. Often our communication is slanted towards this "teacher" role; however, there are another ten percent of our team members who are not teachers. These are some of the most valuable members on our Team; including bus drivers, kitchen and office staff, and administrators (Directors/ Education Coordinators).

The profession of Early Childhood Education is rapidly changing in Ohio and across the country. Teaching staff must make a commitment to staying abreast of these changes and a COMMITMENT to CHILDREN! Consistency for children is incredibly important to us, so at a minimum, we require a "school year" commitment. Occasionally we hire throughout the year so applications are accepted year-round. Summer/seasonal positions are also available.

    Pre-Employment Requirements

    • Work Physical
    • Fingerprints/Background Check
    • Drug Testing

Apply today and get ready to make a difference in the lives of young children! The first step in our process is the completion of our Pre-Employment Application.
